3月17日 ，山东晟转經與浙江職業足球俱樂部及球員本人協商一致 ，泰山姚均晟正式轉會浙江，宣布新賽季將代表浙江足球俱樂部征戰各項賽事 。姚均
姚均晟11歲進入魯能足校 ，江代是表球魯能青訓培養出的優秀足球人才代表 。2013年赴葡萄牙受訓學習 ，队出2016年回國加盟山東魯能泰山足球俱樂部 ，场次代表球隊在各項賽事中出場20次 。山东晟转期間曾租借至梅州客家足球俱樂部 、泰山天津天海足球俱樂部及浙江綠城足球俱樂部效力 ，宣布並曾多次入選國家青年隊 、姚均U22 、江代U23國家隊及國家集訓隊 ，表球代表中國參加第十八屆亞運會 。队出
