1971年出生的教B军主塞爾吉-巴爾胡安職業生涯從巴薩青訓出道 ，一路從巴薩C隊踢到巴薩成年隊 。或成红蓝31歲的前绿塞爾吉-巴爾胡安在2002轉會馬競 ，2005年在卡爾德隆球場掛靴。城主2009年塞爾吉-巴爾胡安則成為巴薩青年隊教練 ，帅重萨执帅此後還執教過阿爾梅裏亞，返巴馬略卡等隊 。教B军主
塞爾吉-巴爾胡安被中國球迷熟知是或成红蓝因為他在2017年到2019年期間執教浙江綠城 。2017年11月開始執教 ，前绿合計帶隊參加了48場比賽 ，城主取得了21勝15平12負的帅重萨执帅成績 ，但連續兩個賽季 ，塞爾吉-巴爾胡安都沒有帶領征戰中甲的浙江綠城衝超成功 。
巴塞羅那曆來講求足球風格的血統純正 ，塞爾吉-巴爾胡安回歸也符合巴薩用人的思路 。而未來塞爾吉-巴爾胡安也不排除成為巴薩一隊主帥的可能。
