北京時間11月7日，據國內媒體消息 ，婷集团出官方宣布球隊會在明天下午三點在貴陽奧體中心進行訓練 ，现资訓練會麵向球迷開放 ，金断甚至還會在網絡上直播前十五分鍾訓練的层欠貴州隊，俱樂部副董事長文筱婷告訴記者 ，肯定肯定會把拖欠球員的文筱薪水補上 。
此前有多位貴州足球俱樂部隊員，婷集团出在社交平台上發聲控訴球隊的现资欠薪行為 ，根據他們的金断描述 ，貴州隊已經拖欠了14個月的层欠球員薪水 ，另外還拖欠了2019 、肯定2020、文筱以及2021三個賽季的婷集团出大部分獎金與績效 。在與俱樂部方麵進行了多次協商之後 ，现资俱樂部同意與球員們簽署分期補發條約 ，但等到合約執行之時 ，卻多次以各種理由搪塞過去 。
無奈之下，球員們隻得與俱樂部撕破臉 ，在社交平台尋求外界的關注與幫助 。但是貴州隊隻是在社交媒體上宣布 ：“球隊將在明天下午3點在貴陽奧體中心外場進行公開訓練 ，球迷及媒體在實名登記並掃碼測溫出示貴州健康碼和行程碼後 ，便可入場觀看 。同時球迷需要有序進入看台，服從現場工作人員安排 。公開訓練全程戴好口罩，做好防疫措施 。”
針對此事 ，俱樂部副董事長文筱婷表示，俱樂部方麵已同球員都溝通好了：“出現困難的情況，球員有各種想法也都正常。集團本身是以房地產為主業，（目前）出現了資金回籠的斷層 ，所以才有了各種問題。欠球員的錢俱樂部肯定是要給的 ，隻是之前在時間節點上有些分歧 。無論出現什麽問題 ，集團一定會積極解決，不管多難都會盡全力去解決困境。”
