5年時間不到 ，恒大回广許家印將恒大集團的集团将总總部搬回了廣州 。
1月10日 ，退租澎湃新聞（www.thepaper.cn）獨家獲悉，深圳恒大集團已從深圳總部大樓搬離 ，总部州目前深圳總部大樓“恒大集團”的大楼牌子也已被拆掉 。
據知情人士向澎湃新聞透露，部搬恒大集團已經在2021年12月份從該大樓退租 ，恒大回广將總部搬回了廣州 。集团将总
早在2017年12月19日 ，退租兩宗位於深圳南山區深圳灣超級總部基地 、深圳掛牌總價86.89億元的总部州地塊被中國恒大和萬科分別收入囊中 。
當時 ，大楼編號為T208-0054的部搬地塊由恒大集團摘得 ，土地麵積10376.82平方米 ，恒大回广總建築麵積28.92萬平方米 ，掛牌起始價55.52億元 ，土地使用年限30年 ，為商業服務業用地 。建成後，其中8.68萬平方米的辦公麵積部分可按規定銷售 ，物業用房全體業主共有 ，其餘部分自規劃驗收之日起15年內不得轉讓，其中文化設施用房屆滿後限整體轉讓。
而恒大集團在2017年年中已經正式將總部從廣州市搬遷至深圳 。
2017年6月1日 ，成立於1996年6月24日的恒大地產集團有限公司的注冊地更改為深圳市南山區海德三道126號卓越後海金融中心3901房 ，注冊資本由28.78億元變為33.83億元。
當時 ，恒大集團的總部所在地——深圳灣超級總部基地位於深圳紅樹灣豪宅區 。整體看來地處整個深圳市的中心區域 。超級總部基地由濱海大道 、深灣一路、深灣五路 、白石三道 、白石路圍合而成，總用地麵積117.4公頃，建設規模總量高達450萬至550萬平方米 。
