3月10日 ，重庆自发主帅张外重慶兩江競技主教練張外龍乘機抵達成都 ，队员等待開始了相關隔離工作。训练盡管俱樂部尚未開始集訓備戰 ，隔离归但從本月初開始 ，结束将或一線隊已經在張外龍韓國助教的龙昔帶領下，開始了自發訓練 。日爱等待主帥張外龍正式結束隔離返回俱樂部 ，重庆自发主帅张外重慶隊賽季前的队员等待各項訓練組織等工作就將正式全麵展開 。
由於聯賽的训练舉辦方式和時間至今仍未敲定，加之重慶俱樂部本身的隔离归股改也在推進中 ，因此，结束将或重慶官方始終沒有官宣恢複訓練 ，龙昔但在自發加入訓練的日爱群體中 ，既有從梯隊提拔上來的重庆自发主帅张外一部分年輕球員 ，也有上賽季的主力 ，還有一些新麵孔 ，其中值得一提的就是曾經重慶隊的中場球員南鬆，目前是自由身的南鬆已經回到了老東家 ，跟隊球員訓練。
在張外龍首次執教重慶隊時期 ，南鬆以租借方式從延邊隊來到重慶俱樂部 ，並有出色的發揮 。在2017年，憑借在重慶對的發揮 ，南鬆入圍了那一年中超聯賽最佳新人獎項的競爭 ，最終惜敗於建業球員胡靖航 。此次回到自己的成名之地 ，南鬆希望能夠找回自己當年的狀態 ，
主教練張外龍在隔離期間 ，每天堅持觀看以往賽季球隊的比賽錄像 ，也陸續有新的內援和外援的個人比賽視頻發到老張手中，現在他每天的工作重點之一就是要在房間裏對每個潛在球員進行評估 ，也與俱樂部積極溝通新賽季的預算和目前的股改進展 。（編輯 水土）
