中超聯賽國內轉會窗口延期至3月26日閉窗 ，别队半程补高但中國足協的应付有新苦心經營卻未能扭轉轉會市場的冷清氛圍 。眼下看來 ，限薪薪包括吳曦 、手段李昂等存在失業可能的可签球員 ，將成為市場上僅剩的多年搶手貨 。偏偏此時又傳出了個別俱樂部針對限薪政策的合同新手段 ，不禁令人感歎中國足球的解约“大智慧”似乎總是用不到正道上。
其實早在中國足協設置引援調節費開始 ，别队半程补高中超俱樂部便已開啟了“上有政策 、应付有新下有對策”的限薪薪引援時代。一時間各種陰陽合同層出不窮 ，手段部分俱樂部也因此惹上了一身麻煩 。可签同時 ，多年涉及高身價球員的合同轉會 ，買賣雙方更是達成某種默契 ，近幾個轉會窗口 ，諸多球員的轉會身價皆與2000萬元上限持平 。但交易背後存在極大的操作空間 ，部分球員的真實轉會身價與年薪 ，坊間也有所聞 。
如今，中國足協對球員年薪做出進一步限製 ，表明了去泡沫化的態度與決心。為了堵住政策死角 ，實施準則中增添了一係列附加條款 。尤其是針對陰陽合同 ，以及給予高價財物與商業合同等變相加薪行為 ，並製定嚴厲的處罰措施，懲戒“越線者” 。
但這套看似堅不可摧的“組合拳”卻再度遭遇“破解” 。有消息稱 ，個別俱樂部想出新的應對之策——以違約金補償球員薪水 。具體操作方式是與心意球員簽下一紙頂薪長約 ，半程與其解約，以解約金形式一口氣補齊餘下薪水 ，等於該球員拿到了遠超限薪政策的高額年薪 。
之所以有俱樂部動此心思 ，也是想在“搶人”大戰中占得優勢 。眼下轉會市場上的“大魚” ，幾乎都是問題俱樂部中的主力球員 ，一旦隊伍解散 ，他們將恢複自由身 ，因此潛在買家無法在轉會身價上做文章 。加之眼下的限薪政策，令頂薪引進這部分球員成為超值買賣 ，但畢竟這個價錢不隻一家俱樂部出得起 ，與其被動等待球員選擇 ，不如主動出擊 ，為競爭加碼 。
當然眼下 ，是否會有俱樂部選擇鋌而走險 ，依舊是個問號 。一旦有人動了心思 ，中國足協將很難在政策角度封死漏洞 。比如與球員簽約四年在半程解約 ，勢必無法在簽約之初看出聯姻雙方背後的真實動機 。隻能說中超俱樂部總是將“智慧”用在投機上 ，是對中國足球的一種傷害 ，尤其是在三級別聯賽陷入低穀之際 ，更顯致命。
