貴州隊官方稱 ：球隊將在明天下午3點在貴陽奧體中心外場進行公開訓練 ，波官球迷及媒體在實名登記並掃碼測溫出示貴州健康碼和行程碼後，开训便可入場觀看。贵州同時球迷需要有序進入看台 ，队无点服從現場工作人員安排。视球公開訓練全程戴好口罩 ，员讨做好防疫措施 。薪风宣日下午
此前有多位貴州足球俱樂部隊員 ，波官在社交平台上發聲控訴球隊的开训欠薪行為，根據他們的贵州描述 ，貴州隊已經拖欠了14個月的球員薪水 ，另外還拖欠了2019 、2020 、以及2021三個賽季的大部分獎金與績效 。
在與俱樂部方麵進行了多次協商之後 ，俱樂部同意與球員們簽署分期補發條約 ，但等到合約執行之時 ，卻多次以各種理由搪塞過去 。無奈之下，球員們隻得與俱樂部撕破，在社交平台尋求外界的關注與幫助 。
貴州球員還表示 ，由於球隊沒有進行引援 ，許多隊員隻能堅持疲勞作戰 ，有些時候甚至要帶傷上場 ，目前已經有四名隊員需要接受手術治療 。在球員們的聯名討薪請求最後 ，他們表示由於欠薪 ，目前的生計甚至都難以維持 ，希望相關領導能夠主持公道 。
正當外界猜測 ，貴州隊將何去何從時 ，俱樂部卻公開訓練 ，並邀請球迷參加 。貴州隊官方表示 ：觀看訓練時可以帶上你的圍巾 、旗幟 、鼓等一切助威設備 。
