北京時間6月27日 ，韩国據《太陽報》報道 ，锅烩英超豪門托特納姆熱刺隊很有信心 ，下手在下賽季主教練還不知道是富安誰的情況下 ，搞定一筆重要交易 ，健洋就是送上引進博洛尼亞隊的日本鐵衛富安健洋。
據英國媒體報道稱 ，日本热刺熱刺已經為富安健洋準備好了一份1500萬鎊的韩国報價 。非但如此 ，锅烩事實上他們的下手轉會團隊正在與博洛尼亞談判，隨時準備完成這筆交易 ，富安而導致這一切暫時沒有繼續向下進行的健洋原因竟然是，熱刺目前還沒有確定新賽季的送上主教練人選 。
現年22歲的日本热刺富安健洋自2019年加盟意甲球隊以來 ，一直是博洛尼亞隊伍中的重要一員 。而在此之前 ，他效力於比利時的聖圖爾登隊 。
熱刺方麵的轉會團隊認為 ，富安健洋將是對球隊防線的一個最好的補充 ，他的到來將能夠改善球隊上賽季經常陷入困境的防守 。而且他的轉會費和他的薪資要求都在熱刺的可接受範圍之內 ，這一點在今時今日顯得尤為重要 。
