港媒表示 ，曝许許家印去年抵押的家印接管三幢香港別墅其中一幢 ，已被中國建設銀行（亞洲）接管 。亿山已被許家印共持有香港山頂布力徑三幢別墅 ，顶豪抵押即B座 、宅被C座和E座 ，两幢市值分別約8億、曝许7億和10億港元 。家印接管去年10月19日 ，亿山已被布力徑10號B座獲建行亞洲承造按揭 ，預料套現3億港元 。一年後建行亞洲就接管大宅 ，證實許家印的債務危機未解決 ，私產被接管揭開序幕 。
據觀點新媒體了解 ，建行亞洲接管許家印山頂布力徑10號B座，實用麵積約500平方呎 ，市值約7億港元 。
2021年10月19日 ，該物業獲建行亞洲承造按揭 ，料可套現3億港元 。該物業由「源訊有限公司」持有 ，董事為譚海軍 ，其前董事亦曾以灣仔中國恒大中心為申報地址 。
另外 ，持有山頂布力徑10號C座獨立屋豪宅的公司 ，由許家印全資控股 。當時 ，許家印辭任該公司董事 ，亦由譚海軍接任 。
同年11月16日 ，傳許家印將位於香港山頂的兩棟豪宅抵押至財務公司“歐力士” ，共借8.21億港元（合共1.05億美元） ，該兩套房產的市值為18億港元（2.31億美元） 。
