搜狐體育消息，沪媒海港北京時間5月11日 ，队员动球第阶段或《上觀新聞》發文解析了上海兩支球隊參加中超聯賽的接近前景，並表示海港球員已經將近70多天沒有碰球了，天没第一階段的直接表現可能並不會很好 。
由於上海本土疫情 ，拉胯為落實防疫要求 、沪媒海港確保安全管理，队员动球第阶段或申花、接近海港這兩支上海灘球隊將一起被分入大連賽區。天没此前 ，直接大連賽區給予兩支上海球隊的拉胯要求是進行3+11天的醫學隔離，在3天集中隔離後 ，沪媒海港第四天可以在閉環內單獨進行訓練 。队员动球第阶段或
隔離期間，接近球隊勢必無法保持正常訓練 ，職業球員一天不訓練狀態就會下滑 。上海海港隊遭遇最大的問題 ，是疫情下球隊訓練極不正常 ，隊員體能堪憂。據悉 ，大多數海港一線隊員已60天沒能動球 ，在上海醫學隔離觀察期間需足不出戶 ，也不能去健身房鍛煉 。在隊員接近70天沒動球的前提下，上海海港隊第一階段聯賽表現 ，或直接“拉胯” 。
