經過與香港東方龍獅足球俱樂部友好協商 ，官方港超巴西籍轉港籍歸化球員辛祖已經完成相關程序 ，金靴加盟季攻正式加盟廣西平果哈嘹俱樂部 。上赛
辛祖現年34歲 ，入球身高185cm ，中甲司職前鋒 ，新军宣布贏得過3次香港超級聯賽的官方港超冠軍 ，以及高級組銀牌賽 、金靴加盟季攻香港足總杯 、上赛香港菁英杯和香港聯賽杯的入球冠軍 ，拿到過香港超級聯賽的中甲金靴獎 。辛祖代表港超冠軍在亞冠賽場取得過進球 ，新军宣布上賽季辛祖有11個進球入賬 ，官方港超還有多個助攻 。作為現役港腳，辛祖為中國香港代表隊攻入了4球 。
