9月28日 ，武磊位前万建江蘇茉莉足球俱樂部注冊成立 。江苏這家名字看似普通的队球队俱樂部頗有來頭 ，俱樂部的员各投資主體是江蘇瑞博恩體育文化產業有限公司，該公司的出资5名股東分別是武磊 、吳曦 、名江吉翔 、苏茉李昂 、武磊位前万建曹睿。江苏
根據國家工商企業信息信用公示係統顯示 ，队球队江蘇瑞博恩體育文化產業有限公司成立於8月23日 ，员各注冊資本是出资1000萬人民幣 ，武磊 、名江吳曦、苏茉吉翔 、武磊位前万建李昂 、曹睿各自占比20%的股份 ，也就是說他們每人投資了200萬元 。前江蘇蘇寧助教曹睿擔任法定代表以及執行董事 。值得一提的是 ，這也是目前國內首家以現役球員為主要股東而成立的俱樂部 。
吳曦 、吉翔 、李昂都是前江蘇隊的隊員，曹睿是前江蘇隊的助理教練 。在江蘇隊解散後 ，他們各奔東西 ，吳曦和李昂都來到了上海 ，分別加盟申花和海港 ，吉翔則是去了山東泰山 。武磊雖然未在江蘇隊效力過，但是作為南京人的他 ，也與江蘇足球有著千絲萬縷的關係 。他們共同出資成立的公司 ，在取名時也是頗具深意 。瑞博恩與英文reborn同音，是重生的意思 ，應該是想讓江蘇足球重新煥發生機 。
