經友好協商 ，沧州成名即日起羅競正式加盟滄州雄獅足球俱樂部 。官宣港战
羅競 ，江苏加盟1993年11月4日出生於貴州省貴陽市 ，罗竞 司職中場 ，中超出道於綠城青訓 。半决 他衝擊力強 ，赛绝杀上技術細膩，沧州成名有著嫻熟的官宣港战控球能力 ，是江苏加盟一名創造性很強的中場球員。
羅競在2011年入選留學葡萄牙的罗竞“希望之星”隊 ，於2013年重返浙江綠城被上調至一線隊 ，中超並在同年代表浙江隊參加第12屆全運會男足U20比賽 ，半决幫助球隊拿到季軍 。赛绝杀上同年十月入選中國U22國家隊 ，沧州成名參加第六屆東亞運動會 。
2019年羅競轉會至江蘇蘇寧，並在2020賽季中超聯賽半決賽加時賽當中 ，轟下一腳世界波 ，幫助球隊兩回合3：2贏下上海上港 ，挺進決賽。 在滄州雄獅隊中 ， 羅競與謝鵬飛 、臧一鋒同為93年齡段綠城青訓的隊友，三人有著非常深厚的友誼 。
加盟·故事
和謝鵬飛加盟雄獅的原因大致相似 ，羅競也是看到了雄獅的穩定與團結 ，最終選擇了這裏 ， “很感謝俱樂部的賞識 ，滄州雄獅是個很穩定的俱樂部 ，加盟之前我對咱們球隊就有所了解 ，這是一支非常團結和有血性的隊伍。”
同樣 ，與雄獅老隊員的友誼也從某種程度上促成了這段緣分 ，“和臧一鋒我們從小在一塊長大 ，韓鋒鋒哥也在綠城就認識了 ，現在來了這邊他們也幫助我們很快的融入到了球隊 。”團結的氣氛 ，再加上球員間彼此從小就形成默契 ，這也讓羅競對新賽季的到來有了更多的期待。
“這段時間球隊迅速磨合 ，教練希望大家盡快的互相了解 ，形成默契 。對新的賽季希望有個好的過程與結果來回饋滄州雄獅的球迷和大家的期待 。”
