10月18日晚上 ，于根遇大赢输天津津門虎隊內的伟再氣氛有點沉悶和壓抑，因為，连全练承全隊上下曾非常希望贏下本賽季足協杯第2輪比賽 ，队非担從而晉級8強 ，常想不過 ，球责這場與大連人隊的任由比賽 ，球隊顯而易見沒有打好 ，主教最終0:2落敗。于根遇大赢输算上今年中超聯賽第一階段的伟再兩次交手 ，津門虎隊今年已經連續3次輸給大連人隊 ，连全练承這也是队非担一個尷尬的數據 。
主教練於根偉賽後說 ，常想這場比賽全隊上下的球责準備還是非常充分的 ，特別是任由碰到大連人隊這個對手 ，大家更是希望能贏球 ，可惜事與願違 ，大連人隊發揮得更好 。“輸球的責任由主教練承擔 ，主要還是教練在整體把控和技戰術安排上存在問題 。隊員們在鬥誌和取勝決心上還是值得肯定的 。”
由於對比賽曾寄予很大的希望 ，津門虎隊後續的安排 ，甚至都是今晚才確定的 ，球隊將放假至本月23日再集中 ，接下來一個多月的重點 ，就是備戰12月開始的聯賽第二階段比賽 。另外 ，結束了21天隔離的匈牙利外援卡達爾 ，中午也已經從上海返回天津 。
