北京時間11月13日 ，巴媒據巴西媒體“bolavip”報道 ，称高高拉特已經離開了離開瀕臨破產的拉特离队离开廣州隊 ，可能意味著更多的恐推巴西球員將離開中國 。
周三，动更多巴高拉特宣布自己已經與廣州隊完成了解約 ，西人新东廣州隊目前正麵臨著嚴重的中国財務危機 ，甚至有可能像中超其他球隊一樣解體。签约高拉特本人的巴媒目標很明確 ，那就是称高回到巴西。這位前鋒在克魯塞羅度過了愉快的拉特离队离开時光 ，在那裏他兩次獲得巴西冠軍（2013年和2014年） ，恐推還曾經為帕爾梅拉斯效力 。动更多巴廣州還有另外四名巴西球員 ：費南多 、西人新东阿蘭 、中国洛國富和艾克森，都是歸化球員 ，但是廣州隊未來的不確定性可能會導致更多巴西人離開中國。
此外據報道 ，高拉特回到巴西之後，已經引起了包括帕爾梅拉斯在內的多家俱樂部的注意 ，他可能很快就將簽約新東家 。因為歸化後沒有如願立刻獲得代表中國隊出場的資格 ，可能也是促使高拉特決定離開中國的關鍵原因。2019年 ，他被廣州恒大租借回巴西 ，導致未能滿足國際足聯“連續居住滿5年”和“在此期間職業球員注冊不得變更協會”的規定，因而無法在取得中國國籍後代表中國國家隊出場 。按照國際足聯的規則 ，高拉特最快也要2024年才能獲得代表中國隊的參賽資格 ，屆時他已經33歲 ，世界杯的夢想徹底破滅 。此次選擇舉家重回巴西 ，也意味著高拉特會把自己國籍改回巴西 。
