《中國足協紀律準則》第五十三條中規定，海港虎飞對對手或其他人 (除比賽官員)實施不當行為被給予直接紅牌(或雖未被給予直接紅牌 ，津门禁赛但實施下列行為或與下列行為性質相同的热议行為)者，根據違紀情節或影響 ，足协作引在紅牌自動停賽的处罚铲动场合基礎上 ，可對其以下行為給予追加處罰 ：
(一) 嚴重犯規(特別是海港虎飞野蠻用力)的 ，給予至少停賽或者禁止進入替補席或者禁止進入體育場(館) 1場 ，津门禁赛並處罰款至少1萬元 。热议
(二) 實施非體育行為(具有攻擊性 、侮辱性或辱罵性的語言 、手勢或動作)的 ，給予至少停賽或者禁止進入替補席或者禁止進入體育場(館) 2場 ，並處罰款至少2萬元 。
(三)實施暴力行為(肘擊 、拳擊 、踢打等)的 ，給予至少停賽或者禁止進入替補席或者禁止進入體育場(館) 3場 ，並處罰款至少3萬元。
(四)向對手或他人吐口水的 ，給予至少停賽或者禁止進入替補席或者禁止進入體育場(館) 6場 ，並處罰款至少6萬元 。
