12月29日 ，战李是磊戴北京國安成立29周年紀念日，也是队长打满在這一天，在國安效力了7年之久的袖标國腳李磊迎來了他代表國安的最後一場比賽。在對陣山東泰山的全场比賽中 ，戴上隊長袖標的号飞李磊打滿全場 ，在他和隊友的赴瑞一起努力下 ，球隊1-1戰平中超冠軍山東泰山。告别
本輪中超，战李國安應戰山東泰山 ，磊戴昔日的队长打满“京魯大戰”如今已不可同日而語 ，國安本賽季失去多位核心外援後 ，袖标實力嚴重受損 ，全场而泰山隊則兵強馬壯提前3輪奪得本賽季中超冠軍 。号飞除了球隊層麵 ，本場比賽對國安左後衛李磊來說還有一層特殊意義 ，此前已經官宣李磊留洋瑞超，本場比賽結束之後 ，李磊將在1月4日從上海飛向蘇黎世 ，正式開啟自己的留洋生活 。
代表國安的最後一戰 ，29歲的李磊戴上隊長袖標 ，邊後衛擔任隊長在國安近10年的比賽中極為罕見 ，這是教練組對李磊的最大支持與肯定，讓這場本就意義不同的比賽添加了更多的濃厚情誼。比賽第16分鍾 ，國安前場打出配合 ，新外援席爾瓦打破僵局，李磊也第一時間麵帶微笑與隊友慶祝 。
在隨後的時間裏，打滿全場的李磊表現兢兢業業 ，下半場還險些完成一次助攻 ，可惜隊友沒有把握 。比賽結束後 ，鏡頭第一時間給到李磊 ，他與同樣留過洋的泰山隊球員徐新交換了球衣 ，賽後李磊也再度對國安的球迷表示了感謝 ，並且表示沒幫國安拿到過聯賽冠軍是他最大的遺憾 ，希望以後能夠有機會實現夢想 。
在國安 ，李磊從3號到4號 ，從替補到主力 ，從普通球員到現役國腳 ，一步一個腳印 ，在幫助國安拿到2018年足協杯冠軍後 ，李磊也被外界看作是國安功勳 ，可以說李磊在國安已經觸及了國內足壇的天花板 ，就像他自己所說 ，留洋也是為了給自己一個交代 ，他的勇氣值得稱讚 ，讓我們祝福李磊的留洋之路能夠順利平坦 。據報道 ，李磊將離開賽區 ，1月4日從上海飛往蘇黎世 ，正式開啟留洋之旅 。
