新京報訊（記者 周蕭）在中國男足國家隊進行新一堂訓練課前 ，沙迦手艺入籍球員阿蘭對10月7日國足與越南隊的封训12強賽第3輪充滿信心，希望屆時球隊能有出色表現，张琳彌補前兩輪失利的芃秀遺憾 。
國足在阿聯酋沙迦備戰的阿兰一大目標就是提升體能 ，經過這段時間的为自“魔鬼訓練”後 ，阿蘭透露 ：“目前我的己剃體能狀況還不錯 ，球隊每天的国足光訓練強度很大 ，教練組也盡力為我們調整 ，沙迦手艺我感覺體能正在變得更好 。封训當然有時候會感到疲勞 ，张琳但這可能和天氣有關係 ，芃秀相信大家到比賽時都會調整得不錯 。阿兰”
輸掉12強賽前兩輪比賽後 ，为自國足必須在第3輪與越南隊的交鋒中有所作為，阿蘭表示 ：“我們的球員有不錯的個人能力 ，配合也沒有問題 。前兩場比賽確實很困難 ，對手實力很強，我們沒有打好，但大家都有信心在下一場取得勝利 。我們為此要做到的就是 ，誰代表國家隊出場 ，誰就會盡全力 ，我已隨時做好這樣的準備。”

在西亞炎熱的天氣下長期集訓備戰，國腳們另一個需要操心的問題就是發型打理 ，阿蘭索性理了個光頭 。張琳芃的理發手藝更高一些 ，吳曦此前就在個人社交平台上曬出一張張琳芃給自己理發的照片，並配文“異國他鄉，唯靠tony芃” 。躍躍欲試的阿蘭有點失望 ，因為隊友們顯然對理光頭的興趣並不大 ，“如果誰需要的話 ，我也可以幫忙理發 ，不過估計沒人想 。”
此外 ，缺席了前兩天訓練課的李磊今天來到訓練場 ，與韋世豪 、金敬道和郭田雨一起單獨訓練 。據了解 ，這幾名球員的傷情均無大礙 ，可以通過調整慢慢恢複 。
