視頻中 ，刻成伊布將自己倒掛在杠鈴上 ，拳经雙手在接觸地麵上水盆裏的典幕水後 ，運用自己的核心腰腹力量起身 。與成龍在《醉拳》中不同的力量龙醉是 ，成龍當時是太惊直腿卷腹 ，而伊布則是人伊區腿 。
