本場比賽 ，场边喬治娜與迷你羅來到塞維利亞為C羅打氣助威 。女友這位梳著馬尾辮的看台27歲名媛穿著白背心 ，很是观战激動地為男友加油助威 ，很是全情投入的感覺 。而在她身旁的是11歲的迷你羅 ，他身穿葡萄牙隊的紅色球衣 ，關注著爸爸在綠茵場上的努力 ，隻是不像他的“媽媽”那般興奮 。
然而在比賽中雖然C羅已經拚盡全力 ，但還是未能挽回敗局 ，葡萄牙也因此打道回府。比賽結束之後 ，就在葡萄牙球員在場內接受采訪的時候 ，有人拍到迷你羅在看台上默默流淚的畫麵 。對於迷你羅來說 ，父親在場上遭到了對手的淘汰 ，他的心情自然不會很好 。但不得不說的是 ，這個畫麵從某種意義上來講 ，也算得上是一種傳承 ，以後這片賽場其實是屬於迷你羅這樣的年輕人的，畢竟如今的迷你羅在青訓賽場上可謂是所向披靡的。
值得一提的是 ，在葡萄牙對陣法國隊的比賽中 ，人們發現了C羅球襪裏的秘密 ，他把和女友的同框照片當成了“護身符” ，當然這樣的“護身符”在當時給C羅帶去了好運 ，梅開二度的同時幫助球隊順利晉級。而對陣比利時的比賽 ，也不知道C羅是否帶了“護身符” 。但不管怎樣 ，本場比賽C羅在賽場上已經是戰鬥到了最後一刻 ，但最終幸運女神沒有站在他們這一邊 ，從這個角度上來講 ，迷你羅的眼淚還真是有感而發 ，為C羅遺憾 。
值得一提的是 ，由於本場比賽，C羅的家人到場觀戰，不少媒體記者將攝像頭對準了他們，但C羅的女友喬治娜直接伸手表示了拒絕 。
