在流傳於坊間的足球各種“不欠薪”的版本裏麵 ，都有山東泰山的经纪继续加名字 ，而這或許也是人俱這支球隊能夠在賽季開始前不被看好的情況下 ，“逆勢”登頂中超聯賽的乐部虑稳主要原因 。
“其實球員轉會就是限投薪力最好的風向標 ，”談及最近兩個賽季的和限國內轉會市場 ，一名職業足球經紀人的度或定話相當有代表性：“往前幾個賽季 ，可能會更多地考慮收入上的首考差別 ，再就是足球能不能打上主力 。但是经纪继续加這兩年 ，也許在接下來相當長的人俱一段時間內 ，首先要考慮的乐部虑稳就是穩定，畢竟誰都不想整天提心吊膽地想著會不會被欠薪 ，限投薪力球隊踢著踢著會不會就沒有了 ，和限像山東泰山這樣的度或定球隊 ，誰會不想著好好踢球呢 ？”
受疫情和整個行業背景的影響 ，在上述經紀人看來 ，不出意外的話 ，接下來的一段時間裏 ，中超也好 ，中甲也好 ，俱樂部限投和球員限薪的力度或許還會繼續加大 。“對職業足球俱樂部來講 ，現在最主要的問題就是活著 ，而球員也好 ，教練和其他從業者也好，都跟俱樂部是在一條船上的 ，如果你隻盯著自己的那塊利益 ，當整艘船最後沉掉的時候 ，你自己也得不到保障。
足球圈內很多人說 ，今年是中國職業足球最冷的一個冬天 ，國家隊參加12強賽基本出局 ，中超聯賽無論實力還是影響力都大幅下滑 ，外界對足球的關注也幾乎降到了冰點，越是這個時候，所有的人越要抱成一團 ，共渡難關 ，該縮減的縮減，該降薪的降薪 ，把最難的這段時間熬過去 ，換一種活法 ，回歸到足球發展規律上來 ，按職業足球規律辦事 ，這樣才能走得穩 ，也才能走得更遠。
