該管理員日前表示 ，同吃願意為參加過中超、自己账办中甲、球队中乙三級職業聯賽的津媒球員或職業俱樂部梯隊球員製作專門的網頁，為球員再就業提供基礎的评球數據 、簡介服務 。员签他昨天透露 ，年合通過電子郵件發送簡曆者“大多數都是同吃去年和今年俱樂部解散潮中失業的球員 ，還有大量因預備隊取消編製而失業的自己账办22—24歲球員 ，其中也不乏一些有國字號和留洋經曆的球队球員 ，名字都耳熟能詳 。津媒這兩年足球行業的就業形勢真是相當嚴峻啊……”
另據消息 ，鑒於部分俱樂部在換簽新版合同工作中出現的爭議 ，職業聯盟籌備組對財務監管政策相關要求進行了調整 。原政策為俱樂部所有注冊球員都需要換簽新版工作合同 ，調整後的做法是把強製換簽的範圍縮小到參加中超聯賽的一線隊球員 ，其他球員今年暫不要求換簽 ，仍可采用舊合同進行2021賽季注冊 。
有消息稱 ，目前有俱樂部有可能與個別國腳級球員簽署長達8年的工作合同 ，每年頂薪稅前500萬元 ，4年後俱樂部與該球員解約 ，但剩餘薪資照付 ，這樣操作可以避開“限薪”政策 。盡管這則消息目前尚無法判別真偽，但對球員來說 ，與俱樂部如此操作的話 ，將來吃虧的很可能是自己 。首先，一旦俱樂部4年後不認賬 ，球員投訴無門 。其次 ，按照眼下中超整體大環境 ，任何一家俱樂部都說不清楚自己明年會怎樣 ，更何況是4年之後的事情。
