亞足聯昨日官方消息 ，媒体迷年亞冠聯賽從2023/24賽季開始，人谈人建外援名額從“3+1”增加到“5+1” ，亚冠议中用賽製變更為跨年製。变革媒體人潘偉力直言 ，西亚腳指頭都能想出來是国球西亞人的建議 ，中國球迷十年之內可以不用看亞冠了 。媒体迷年
亞足聯的人谈人建官方公告表示 ：“亞冠聯賽和亞足聯杯將由目前的春季-秋季改為秋季-春季跨年賽製 ，該賽製將於2023-24賽季起實施 。亚冠议中用同時 ，变革自2023-24賽季起，西亚亞足聯俱樂部賽事參賽球隊的国球外援名額也從目前的“3+1”改為“5+1” ，即不限國籍的媒体迷年五名外籍球員和一名來自亞足聯會員協會的球員 。”對此潘偉力表示 ：“亞足聯公布了亞冠兩大改變 ，人谈人建第一點最重要的亚冠议中用改變 ，就是把亞冠從咱們熟悉的春天打到秋天 ，變成秋天打到了春天 ，變成了跨年的賽事；第二點就是外援變成了5+1，這兩個政策出來 ，大家用腳指頭都能想出來是西亞人的建議 ，因為西亞聯賽就是跨年的賽製 ，而且他們的外援限製更小 ，他們的外援人數更多 ，對於東亞聯賽尤其是中超來說 ，這樣的政策幾乎就是掐了你的脖子，讓你無法喘息 。”
“亞冠變成跨年賽製意味著他的淘汰賽在冬季 ，這也是中日韓聯賽的冬歇期 ，你剛打完本國聯賽正在休息的時候 ，突然拉去打亞冠聯賽 ，顯然是沒有任何勝算 。”潘偉力繼續說道 ：“而且外援名額現在大家都沒錢 ，都不願意投入，本國聯賽限製都很少，你亞冠變成5+1的話在外援層麵就被對手碾壓 。”
最後潘偉力表示 ：“對於中國球迷來說 ，看國家隊比賽生氣不想看 ，看中超索然無味，也不想看 ，現在連最後的亞冠聯賽也沒有任何競爭力了 。中國球迷這真的未來幾年看五大聯賽 ，看歐冠去吧，亞洲比賽不用看了 。”
