北京時間11月15日消息 ，足协今天中國足協正式發布處罰公告 ，官方各扣對未能按照要求在2022年7月31日前解決欠薪不低於總額的决欠甲队积分30%的三支俱樂部 ：河北隊、武漢長江隊，薪中以及中甲的超中除分湖南湘濤隊 ，處以扣除2022賽季聯賽積分3分的足协處罰 。

中國足協在處罰公告中表示 ：為進一步做好各職業足球俱樂部落實解決欠薪問題的薪中工作 ，我會於2022年4月2日公布了足球字﹝2022﹞121號《中國足球協會關於2022賽季中超聯賽 、超中除分中甲聯賽、足协中乙聯賽相關工作的官方各扣通知》 。按照通知要求 ，决欠甲队积分各職業足球俱樂部應在2022年7月31日前解決欠薪不低於總額的薪中30%。
我會於7月7日公布了足球字﹝2022﹞268號《中國足球協會關於進一步做好2022賽季各級職業聯賽相關政策落實工作的超中除分補充通知》 ，並於7月19日公布了足球字﹝2022﹞297號《中國足球協會關於公開接受相關人員提交投訴材料的通知》 。
我會在收到各職業足球俱樂部依據上述通知提交的《欠薪匯總表》及有關被欠薪人員提交的投訴材料後 ，進行了比對與核實，並與各有關俱樂部共同確認了欠薪總額 。
各俱樂部根據認定的欠薪總額提交相關還款證明材料後，我會進行了初步審核 。8月26日 ，我會致函相關俱樂部 ，要求於8月29日前提供補充說明材料及相關付款憑證 。
經審核 ，我會確認河北足球俱樂部 、武漢長江足球俱樂部和湖南湘濤足球俱樂部未能依規落實上述要求 。依據足球字﹝2022﹞121號《中國足球協會關於2022賽季中超聯賽、中甲聯賽 、中乙聯賽相關工作的通知》中的有關罰則 ，決定對河北足球俱樂部 、武漢長江足球俱樂部和湖南湘濤足球俱樂部各扣除2022賽季聯賽積分3分 。
我會再次要求各職業足球俱樂部應高度重視欠薪還款工作。對於未能落實通知要求的俱樂部，一經查實 ，將依規進行處理 。
