謝暉回應道 ：昨天參加朋友飯局 ，被暂喝了很多酒 。停职不知道對麵的后谈人別有用心，進行了偷拍 ，上港把一些我酒醉的军花話發到了網上 。並且添油加醋。南通拿冠嚴重損害了我的主帅名譽 。對此類人渣深惡痛絕 ，谢晖本人保留法律訴訟的因言亿權利 ！同時在向言語中提及的被暂單位（成都榮城 、上海申花、停职上海上港、南通支雲）表示深切的道歉 。
視頻中 ，謝暉在酒桌上說道：那些有錢的，像申花、上港都是幾百個億在投入 ，我們（南通支雲）一千萬 ，一千萬就拿了中甲第五名 。就是讓你腦子幹淨一些 ，別瞎搞 。上港拿個冠軍，我在上港我知道的。他們花了120個億 。
