據介紹，海港楊世元是官宣比賽上半場第7分鍾左右 ，在同對方的两将洛佩两周一次拚搶當中 ，雙方在沒有發生明顯身體接觸的伤情伤休斯需情況下 ，楊世元的杨世元重左腿作為支撐腳著地導致受傷 ，從而離場無法繼續堅持比賽 。战周
13日經送醫查檢 ，康复照射核磁共振後 ，海港確認楊世元為 ：左膝膝蓋嚴重扭傷 、左膝韌帶拉傷並半月板受傷 。康複周期需要大約7周左右的時間 。
