據介紹，海港楊世元是官宣比賽上半場第7分鍾左右，在同對方的两将洛佩两周一次拚搶當中 ，雙方在沒有發生明顯身體接觸的伤情伤休斯需情況下，楊世元的杨世元重左腿作為支撐腳著地導致受傷 ，從而離場無法繼續堅持比賽 。战周
13日經送醫查檢 ，康复照射核磁共振後 ，海港確認楊世元為 ：左膝膝蓋嚴重扭傷、左膝韌帶拉傷並半月板受傷 。康複周期需要大約7周左右的時間 。
上半場第24分鍾左右 ，洛佩斯射門後導致受傷，從而離場無法繼續堅持比賽 。經送醫查檢，照射核磁共振後 ，確認其為 ：左腳腳腕中度扭傷。康複周期需要大約2周左右的時間。（搜狐體育 裴力）
