The USC and Cal Berkeley football teams are scheduled to meet in a Pac-12 Conference contest on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023, at California Memorial Stadium in Berkeley, California. The game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. PT. 

USC, ranked No. 24 in The Associated Press poll, enters the matchup 6-2 overall and 4-1 in the Pac-12. Most recently, Utah defeated USC 34-32 on Oct. 21.
