昨晚大連人俱樂部此前官宣謝暉成為球隊主帥 ，隨後謝暉在接受上海五星體育采訪時談到了自己的上海市目感受 ，並表示新賽季目標是连非率領大連人重返頂級聯賽 。
謝暉表示：“首先作為一名年輕的常有超本土教練 ，能得到像大連人這樣的缘分有底蘊 、有傳承的城队重球隊的青睞 ，這本身就是标率對我的一種信任，是返中我的榮幸。”
對於率領大連人隊這個賽季的谢晖目標 ，謝暉直言 ：“目標是上海市目很明確的 ，就是连非要重返頂級聯賽 。”隨後謝暉談到 ，常有超上海和大連是缘分非常有緣分的城市，“徐根寶指導和張宏根指導 ，城队重在我之前已經有兩名上海籍的标率教練在大連執教 ，並且取得了輝煌的成績 ，他們都帶領球隊獲得了冠軍 ，我非常榮幸成為第三個上海籍教練，看樣子上海和大連還是非常有緣分的 。”
值得一提的是，謝暉是通過應聘的方式執教大連人隊 ，此前大連人官方發布了一線隊主教練的招聘公告，有消息稱 ，包括黎兵，謝暉 ，孫衛，郭輝，賈秀全，張玉寧甚至前國足主帥李鐵都投遞了簡曆 ，最終謝暉脫穎而出成為大連人隊的主帥 。
今年47歲的謝暉 ，在球員時期既是中國闖蕩歐洲聯賽的旗幟性人物 ，也是締造上海申花進球紀錄的傳奇射手 ，曾獲得過德乙聯賽銀靴獎和中超聯賽銀球獎 。退役後，謝暉轉型成為教練 ，曾經在上海上港輔佐過埃裏克森 ，佩雷拉和博阿斯等世界名帥 ，也曾經執教中甲球隊南通支雲 ，對於中甲聯賽十分熟悉 。（leiyu）
