21日晚，连胜令沙國際足聯公布了截止到2021年10月的中日足胜最新男足國家隊排名 。
李鐵率領的分飙负中國隊積分減少了0.32分，以1334.2分繼續占據總榜單第75位，升国在亞足聯榜單上也維持在第9名的持原位置 。伊朗隊仍列亞足聯榜單的连胜令沙首位 ，比利時隊則繼續占據總榜單的中日足胜頭名位置 。
在本計分時段 ，分飙负中國隊踢了兩場12強賽 。升国先是持原3-2險勝越南 ，隨後2-3敗給沙特 ，连胜令沙一勝一負的中日足胜戰績讓中國隊損失了0.32個積分，最新積分為1334.2分 。分飙负
目前國足比身前的升国亞洲球隊伊拉克隊少12分 ，比亞洲第十的持原阿曼隊多19.84分。中國隊10月的12強賽一勝一負 。
亞足聯榜單方麵 ，伊朗隊積分增加6.94分後 ，以1545.02分仍居首位 。日本隊由於本計分時段也敗給了沙特阿拉伯隊 ，積分減少了2.77分 ，以1517.69分下滑了兩位 ，總排名第28位 ，仍列亞洲第二 。
排名比中國隊高的還包括澳大利亞隊 、韓國隊、卡塔爾隊、沙特阿拉伯隊 、阿聯酋隊和伊拉克隊 。
其中連勝日本隊和中國隊的沙特積分增加了25.87分 ，總排名也提升了七位 ，最新的總排名列第49位，成功躋身前50。
排名世界前1-10位的球隊是：比利時 、巴西 、法國 、意大利 、英格蘭、阿根廷 、西班牙、葡萄牙 、墨西哥 、丹麥。
