When Evil Lurkstells the tale of a demonic infection that begins in a nearby farmhouse and spreads across a rural community through heinous possession and cruel violence. The two main characters, brothers Pedro (Ezequiel Rodriguez) and Jimmy (Demián Salomón), attempt to rid the town of evil, and upon failing, attempt to flee from it.
