對王霜來說 ，過去的一年充滿了“逆轉”：去年4月 ，在與韓國隊爭奪一張東京奧運會入場券時 ，王霜在下半場的助攻和加時賽的遠射幫助中國女足逆轉對手；去年11月 ，在女超聯賽爭冠戰中 ，又是王霜的兩粒進球 ，幫助武漢車穀江大逆轉奪冠；東京奧運會小組折戟，人們一度認為中國女足進入了“低穀期” ，但短短幾個月後的女足亞洲杯 ，中國女足又在半決賽和決賽中接連逆轉日本 、韓國隊 ，時隔16年再度捧得亞洲杯冠軍獎杯。
王霜認為 ，主教練水慶霞的到來 ，是中國女足狀態迅速回升的關鍵 。“水導來隊伍以後 ，幫助我們在心理層麵做了很多調節 ，因為她以前也是女足隊員 ，她了解我們在東京奧運會之後的心理狀態 。除了訓練中傳授技戰術以外 ，她在生活中還像‘水媽媽’一樣關心我們 。”王霜說 。
中國女足近年來收獲了越來越多的支持 。在王霜看來 ，非國腳的女球員也應該得到更多關注 。“最重要的是讓更多人認識女足 ，認識到除了國家隊之外 ，還有很多在聯賽中踢球的女孩 。”
王霜也關注了北京冬奧會 ，她說 ：“媒體報道了賈宗洋的傷病 ，這名運動員真的很不容易 ，在這個年齡依然堅持（追逐）自己的夢想 ，讓我很受觸動 。”
中國代表團女選手們展現出的陽光自信也讓她印象深刻 。“我覺得女孩子首先要自信，然後要認可自己 ，”王霜說，“不管（比賽結果）是什麽樣子 ，你都是最好 、最美的 。”（完）
