北京時間11月16日 ，《每日體育報》頭條報道 ，执掌西甲聯盟已經正式批準了哈維入主巴薩成為球隊主帥一事，巴萨該審批主要來自於西甲聯盟的甲审金經濟審核部門 ，而獲批的批原理由則是由於巴薩與哈維完成了向阿爾薩德俱樂部支付500萬歐違約金的經濟行為 。
西甲聯盟的因总經濟審核部門在當地時間周一對於這筆簽約開了綠燈 ，宣布審批通過 。算付理由則是违约由於向阿爾薩德支付違約金完成 。有消息透露 ，哈维获西正如拉波爾塔所說的执掌那樣 ，這筆違約金是巴萨由哈維本人於巴薩俱樂部分攤支付的 ，但並未透露具體百分比。甲审金
