文章表示 ，球队該附加賽很可能會對春季的有意瑞典聯賽產生大的影響 ，瑞典聯賽的丹尼队多支俱樂部都在關注著附加賽的結果 ，這其中就包括尤爾加登和IFK哥德堡 ，尔森尔森如果大連人隊最終降級 ，和拉或离隊內兩名瑞典球員丹尼爾森與拉爾森將很可能返回瑞典聯賽 ，分別加盟自己的老東家 。
《aftonbladet》還分析 ，目前中國足壇許多俱樂部都遭遇了財務危機，球隊想在中超聯賽中生存變得非常困難 ，至於中甲與中乙聯賽則更加困難 ，很多外國球星都因為經濟問題離開了中國。
附加賽的結果難以預料 ，大連人隊的日子也並不好過 ，他們此前曾與貝尼特斯、哈姆西克等人進行了一場豪賭，不過沒有成功，萬達集團還在這期間修建了一座訓練基地 ，因此目前球隊的財務壓力非常之大 。
尤爾加登的俱樂部主管Bosse Andersson在參訪中透露：“我不斷地與丹尼爾森交流 ，但毫無疑問 ，他現在麵臨的比賽更重要。”在被問到是否希望大連隊降級 ，從而可以更容易的使丹尼爾森回歸時 ，Bosse Andersson表示：“真的不會 ，他與大連隊的合約還有一年到期，他現在正專注著附加賽的事情 ，還有很多不確定性。”
至於拉爾森的老東家IFK哥德堡的總監Pontus Farnerud則表示 ：“我們與拉爾森也進行了良好的對話，他很清楚他在哥德堡很受歡迎 ，但我們尊重他與大連隊的合同 。”
