《aftonbladet》還分析 ，目前中國足壇許多俱樂部都遭遇了財務危機 ，球隊想在中超聯賽中生存變得非常困難 ，至於中甲與中乙聯賽則更加困難 ，很多外國球星都因為經濟問題離開了中國 。
附加賽的結果難以預料，大連人隊的日子也並不好過 ，他們此前曾與貝尼特斯 、哈姆西克等人進行了一場豪賭 ，不過沒有成功，萬達集團還在這期間修建了一座訓練基地 ，因此目前球隊的財務壓力非常之大 。
尤爾加登的俱樂部主管Bosse Andersson在參訪中透露 ：“我不斷地與丹尼爾森交流 ，但毫無疑問 ，他現在麵臨的比賽更重要。”在被問到是否希望大連隊降級 ，從而可以更容易的使丹尼爾森回歸時 ，Bosse Andersson表示 ：“真的不會 ，他與大連隊的合約還有一年到期 ，他現在正專注著附加賽的事情 ，還有很多不確定性 。”
至於拉爾森的老東家IFK哥德堡的總監Pontus Farnerud則表示 ：“我們與拉爾森也進行了良好的對話 ，他很清楚他在哥德堡很受歡迎，但我們尊重他與大連隊的合同 。”
