但在3月23日 ，中優球員透露 ，球隊算是已經解散了 ，一些做兩手打算的球員卻發現：現在就算找下家也麻煩 ，因為體育總局幹部 、隸屬北體大委派 、中優俱樂部老總劉哲已經攜公章跑路了；球員同時接到內蒙古下達的通知 ，限期搬離基地。
不但沒拿到欠薪 ，還被直接拋棄了 。
爆料球員無可奈何 ：“在上交工資、獎金確認表截止日最後一刻 ，我們在沒收到一分錢的情況下簽了字 。劉哲 、李紅濤的工資卻翻了三倍之多（不包括保級獎 ，單場獎金 ，他們給自己漲工資，還都發齊了） 。北體大入主僅兩年 ，球隊就以這種方式解散 ，算國有資產流失嗎 ？誰來承擔責任 ？更為具體的是，球員的權益誰來保障？我們現在打劉哲電話 ，他一直不接 ，想找下家 ，也無法出具證明 ，地方體育局更是直接趕我們走人……
兩位總經理跑路了留下的爛攤子也沒人管 ，他們連解散球隊也不敢說 ，因為如果說了這就是北體大關聯關係的鐵證，更是國有資產流失的鐵證 ，他們誰也擔不起這個責任 。
現在球員在基地遭到限時搬離的通知 ，卻沒有一個人出來解決問題，這就是北體大玩了兩年的球隊最後的樣子 。
希望有領導能出麵解決問題 ，並嚴查裏麵的貓膩 ，一查到底 ，讓這幫害群之馬永遠刻在中國足球的恥辱柱上 。”
