海港隊0比1不敵河北隊 ，争议组下半場比賽中 ，判罚评议牌判海港隊後衛於海因對河北隊球員尹鴻博犯規，定于被紅牌罰下 。海红黄牌少一人作戰的罚错情況下，海港隊最終無力改寫比分，出示隻能無奈吞下賽季第二場失利 。争议组
賽後 ，判罚评议牌判圍繞這次紅牌的定于判罰 ，也引起了外界不少議論 。海红黄牌中國足協職業聯盟籌備組按照慣例 ，罚错安排了爭議判罰評議組對本輪比賽進行常規評議 ，出示其中包括了此戰出現的争议组相關判罰 。在通過不同鏡頭視頻畫麵進行分析後，判罚评议牌判評議組得出結果 ：於海的定于拉扯犯規應出示黃牌警告 。
於海的這次犯規發生在雙方比賽第50分鍾 ，當時河北隊展開反擊 ，於海無奈之下采取拉扯對手球衣的戰術犯規 ，被主裁直接出示紅牌罰下 。此後VAR雖然介入 ，但主裁在前往場邊觀看視頻回放後，依舊維持了原判 。
之所以出示紅牌，顯然是源於主裁認為於海已經是海港隊除門將之外的最後一名防守球員，而VAR的介入是源於 ，同樣處於回追過程中的海港中衛魏震，被認為有可能對進攻方形成有效防守 。不過受信號源畫麵影響 ，現場能夠提供給到主裁判斷的回放鏡頭畫麵角度有限，極大程度上增加了判罰認定的難度 ，最終於海並沒有迎來改判的結果 。
中足聯評議組在賽後通過對電視轉播機位信號源提供的視頻畫麵分析後得出一致結論 ：當於海犯規被主裁吹罰後 ，魏震已經放慢腳步放棄回追防守 ，而如果主裁沒有鳴哨 ，魏震有可能會繼續回追並形成有效防守 ，故於海的犯規應出示黃牌警告 ，當值主裁臨場判罰錯誤 。而VAR的介入雖然正確，但由於未能提供最能說明問題的鏡頭 ，增加了主裁判定的難度 ，致使最終錯判未能得到更改。
