近幾個賽季 ，國際米蘭在意甲的经理複興當然離不開CEO馬洛塔的勵精圖治。在外界看來 ，生涯馬洛塔的遗憾每一筆轉會交易都相當給力 。即便今夏國米放走了盧卡庫和阿什拉夫，马洛但依然用哲科 、塔错恰爾漢奧盧等引援迅速填補了球隊的过万空白 。近日 ，欧签馬洛塔在接受采訪時表示 ，哈兰回顧他職業經理人生涯 ，职业最他表示自己在轉會方麵最大的经理遺憾之一是 ，當初在尤文時錯過簽下當時的生涯天才少年——哈蘭德 。
對此 ，遗憾馬洛塔依然十分遺憾 ，马洛“我最大的塔错遺憾 ？至少是最大遺憾之一 ，當初錯過了年輕的哈蘭德 。那還是我在擔任尤文CEO的時候 ，我們有機會以200萬歐元的價格從莫爾德簽下他 。是的 ，當時我們已經談得很深入 ，距離完成最後的交易已經很接近了……現在，我覺得不會在意甲看到哈蘭德了 。明年夏天 ，意大利的俱樂部應該沒有（足夠的轉會預算）機會簽下他。”
馬洛塔沒簽下哈蘭德 ，在2019年初，薩爾茨堡紅牛以800萬歐元從莫爾德簽下了哈蘭德。他為球隊出戰27場 ，貢獻29球7助 。僅僅一年之後 ，多特蒙德以2000萬歐簽下哈蘭德 ，他至今為多特出戰67場 ，貢獻68球19助 。現在 ，哈蘭德在德國《轉會市場》上的身價已經漲到了1.5億歐元，也難過馬洛塔會遺憾不已 。
值得一提的是，馬洛塔此前曾回憶自己職業生涯最滿意的轉會交易是免費簽下博格巴 ，又以1億歐元高價將他賣回曼聯。
