新華社天津5月17日電（記者張澤偉）距離新賽季中超聯賽開幕越來越近 ，天津津門虎不僅提升了備戰的伟保節奏 ，更在備戰方式和內容上出新招——除了磨合陣容 、持清演練技戰術 ，醒头新赛還特別開展主題教育活動 ，脑保提升球員的依津队季首思想境界和精神麵貌 。
新賽季津門虎的然天陣容變化很大 ，有17名隊員離隊 ，目标19名新援加盟 ，于根其中包括拉多尼奇 、伟保安杜哈爾 、持清羅薩 、醒头新赛貝裏奇四名外援和楊帆 、脑保張衛 、依津队季首巴頓 、然天王秋明等較有實力的本土球員 ，他們的到來讓津門虎的紙麵實力和陣容厚度得到明顯提升 。
津門虎隊主教練於根偉對新賽季的目標較為低調，他說 ：“球隊引援數量較多 ，球迷的期待較高 ，但我們要保持清醒頭腦 。一方麵 ，球隊較為年輕 ，缺乏聯賽經驗；另一方麵 ，新援到隊時間較晚，還需要不斷磨合 。因此 ，完成保級任務 ，依然是球隊在新賽季的首要目標 。”
由於疫情等原因 ，各俱樂部在聯賽前的熱身機會並不多，但津門虎經過多方努力 ，在確保疫情防控的情況下 ，近日先後進行了兩場難得的熱身賽 ，先是前往武漢與武漢三鎮1:1戰平 ，隨後奔赴大連與大連人同樣戰成1:1 。
在於根偉看來 ，足球比賽比拚的不僅是身體和技戰術 ，還有精神麵貌和意誌品質 。為此，津門虎日前組織全體球員和俱樂部工作人員開展了“學習冬奧精神 ，凝聚奮進力量；銘記百年曆史 ，鑄造青春榮光”主題宣傳教育活動。
於根偉說，通過主題教育學習 ，隊員們提升了思想境界 ，更清楚地認識到了自身的責任與使命 ，體會到了凝心聚力 、拚搏奮鬥的意義，進而在比賽中始終保持昂揚向上的心態和奮力追夢的姿態 ，不虛度青春，不辜負韶華 。（完）
