2021年6月10日 ，欧洲歐足聯官方發布了2020歐洲杯支付寶得分王獎杯 ，分王发布獎杯分為金銀銅三座，奖杯分別用於嘉獎賽事進球前三位的正式中国造融球員 ，這同時也是设计师打歐洲杯60年曆史上首座區塊鏈獎杯 。
得分王獎杯發布的入区同時，歐足聯也宣布螞蟻鏈成為歐洲杯的块链官方全球區塊鏈合作夥伴 ，雙方合作的元素第一步 ，就是欧洲將區塊鏈元素融入得分王獎杯 。最終捧起得分王獎杯的分王发布球員的相關數據和榮耀將被上傳至螞蟻鏈永久保存。未來 ，奖杯歐足聯還將與螞蟻鏈攜手 ，正式中国造融繼續共同探索歐洲杯的设计师打數字化轉型 。
本屆歐洲杯得分王獎杯同款獎杯還將頒發給在中國校園足球賽事中表現優異的入区的青少年“得分王” ，他們的块链數據和榮耀也將會和歐洲杯得分王一起保存於螞蟻鏈 ，用歐洲杯和得分王的體育精神激勵更多中國青少年勇敢追逐足球夢 。
首座區塊鏈得分王獎杯由畢業於中央美院雕塑係的85後設計師周一然設計。設計靈感來源於距今兩千多年的“小篆體” 。整體造型上 ，上半部分將足球運動員的射門動作與中國漢字“支”進行了巧妙結合 ，寓意歐足聯和支付寶希望支持更多人————無論身份地位，都能享受足球快樂 ，並成為得分王 。底座部分則融入了區塊鏈造型 ，並有獨一無二的哈希值 ，寓意獲獎球員的數據及榮譽將在區塊鏈上永久保存 。
歐足聯市場總監 Guy-Laurent Epstein 表示：“足球產業經曆了特殊的一年 ，我們和螞蟻鏈的合作證明了歐足聯將會進行數字化轉型的決心 ，並承諾在未來給球迷提供更好更豐富的觀賽體驗 。”
獎杯設計者周一然表示：“獎杯的雕塑我們采用了歐洲人比較熟悉的古典風格 ，與此同時又在其中隱藏了一個‘小篆體’的中國漢字 ，這樣歐洲人看起來比較熟悉，同時也是我們展現文化自信的一個特別方式 。”
