北京時間4月27日下午 ，帅打德甲豪門拜仁在官網宣布，破教球隊與弗裏克達成協議 ，练转這位功勳教練會在6月30日提前完成合同，纪录同時拜仁的最高新任主帥為納格爾斯曼 。為了簽下納格爾斯曼 ，帅打拜仁最多會拿出2000萬歐元的破教“轉會費” ，納格爾斯曼也打破了足球教練轉會費的练转世界紀錄。
納格爾斯曼與萊比錫的纪录合同在2023年到期 ，而為了簽下納格爾斯曼 ，最高拜仁也花費了不菲的帅打代價 。根據此前德國媒體《圖片報》的破教消息 ，拜仁向萊比錫支付了1500萬歐元解約金換取納格爾斯曼的练转自由身 。
不僅如此，纪录納格爾斯曼轉投拜仁還有浮動獎金條款 ，一旦觸及浮動條款 ，拜仁還要再支付萊比錫500萬歐元 ，而這也意味著納格爾斯曼此番“轉會”到拜仁 ，拜仁最多要拿出2000萬歐元 。而他也會創下足壇教練解約金紀錄 。
