馬拉多納在去年的死因私人失11月25日去世 ，雖然已經去世多日 ，调查但是曝光圍繞他為何死亡的原因調查卻一直在進行中 。阿根廷當地時間4月30日 ，煎熬一個調查委員會給出了一份70頁的医生報告 ，報告認為馬拉多納的存过私人醫護團隊對於老馬的死亡有一定的責任，馬拉多納在去世前的老马12個小時非常痛苦 。
去年的死因私人失11月3日 ，馬拉多納做完腦部手術後健康狀況惡化 ，调查在11月25日去世 ，曝光根據阿根廷警方和檢察機構公布的煎熬屍檢結果 ，馬拉多納死於心力衰竭，医生屬於自然死亡。存过
但是老马隨後馬拉多納的親屬認為 ，在馬拉多納去世的過程中，其私人的醫護團隊存在過失 。阿根廷司法部門指派一個由20名專家組成的委員會調查馬拉多納死亡是否關聯人為過失 。除他的私人醫生盧克外 ，另外兩名私人醫生 、兩名護士也受到調查 。
不久前 ，一份70頁的調查報告出爐 ，而報告指出 ，馬拉多納術後的醫治存在大量“不足和不規範”之處 ，他的醫療團隊實際上讓他“聽天由命”，去世死大約12小時內未獲得妥善監護，處於持續痛苦狀態 。據悉，5月初，這份調查報告被提交給檢察機關 。據悉 ，如果馬拉多納的醫療團隊人員被認定存在過失，可能麵臨最高15年監禁。
