4月21日晚間,《驚雷》原作曲人成學迅在刷寶APP進行直播,就MC六道抄襲自己原創作品《姑娘跟我走》DJ版作曲一事發聲,並喊話六道“是個爺們就站出來,別總說一些文不對題的話”,得到一眾網友熱烈響應 。同時,迅空他也在直播間呼籲,希望業界都能尊重原創音樂版權,捍衛音樂人權益 。
事情的經過要追溯到一周之前,楊坤怒懟網絡喊麥歌曲《驚雷》後,遭到了原唱“MC六道”的回懟。“MC六道”甚至還發布視頻,宝喊稱《驚雷》比楊坤的“任何一首歌都要火” 。但是个爷讓人大跌眼鏡的是,《驚雷》被曝並不是“MC六道”原創,被質疑詞曲全部抄襲 。
MC六道表示,《驚雷》這首歌是自己作詞作曲,在歌曲的下方還標注了版權歸自己所有 。不過,迅空另一位原創歌手成學迅卻出來表示,這首歌的作曲並不是六道,《驚雷》的編曲是直接盜用的自己原唱歌曲《姑娘跟我走DJ版》的伴奏。
對於這一指責,MC六道公開“挖苦”成學迅:作為一個專業音樂製作人,還是先弄清楚什麽是詞曲編曲的關係吧!並希望成學迅拿出《姑娘跟我走DJ版》跟《驚雷》相似的證據 。對此,宝喊成學迅表示很氣憤,決定為自己發聲 、為原創音樂發聲 。个爷
成學迅在刷寶直播中除講述事件的始末外,還公開了多處MC六道剽竊作品的證據,以及首次曬出了工程文件 。成學迅表示,迅空其初衷隻想讓六道刪除作品並道歉,然而對方將道歉變為炮轟,徹底惹怒了自己,他已通過法律渠道來維護自己的合法權益 。
