揚子晚報網3月8日訊（記者 張晨瑆 孫雲嶽 張昊）今年一月 ，传陈策何本報最先報道了江蘇女足主帥傑斯林離職的婉婷为防未确消息 ，空缺了多時的将出帥位究竟會迎來什麽樣的主人呢 ？恰逢婦女節 ，熱情的任江網友也是先幫江蘇女足劇透了，有的苏女帅因时成發朋友圈 ，有的足主P圖，而傳聞的疫政人選也是一位“大名頭” ，她就是行尚曾在香港帶領男足隊伍獲得聯賽冠軍 、此前參與了中國女足主帥競聘的传陈策何中國香港籍教練員陳婉婷。

陳婉婷是婉婷为防未确“全球第一位獲得男子足球頂級聯賽冠軍稱號的女性足球教練” ，她曾率領東方隊獲得香港足球超級聯賽冠軍 。将出2016年 ，任江她獲得亞足聯年度最佳女教練的苏女帅因时成殊榮 ，從2019年起擔任U16女足國家隊教練員 。足主2021年 ，疫政陳婉婷率領海南瓊中女足在中國女足乙級聯賽中獲得亞軍 ，“衝甲”成功，瓊中女足也成為海南省內第一支甲級聯賽足球隊 。
去年，陳婉婷參與了中國女足主帥的競聘 ，未能成功。當時 ，陳婉婷在社交媒體上寫下了感言：“自從接觸足球後 ，學習到體育精神和團結精神的意義 ，從無數的失敗中成長 ，相信隻有承認和接受失敗 ，我們才會真正學習過來 。成為教練後 ，要以身作則 ，對自己各方麵的要求亦更嚴謹，學習到欣賞每位球員的優點和尊重隊中每一個人的角色 ，因為隻有先尊重別人 ，才有資格得到別人的尊重 。後來成為了主教練 ，不僅要學習管理球隊 ，麵對公眾 、球迷 ，更要知道如何調整心態 。”
上賽季 ，江蘇女足在非常困難的情況下拿到了女超聯賽亞軍 。今年年初，傑斯林卸任江蘇女足主帥一職 ，如果陳婉婷能夠到來，也為江蘇女足注入了一針“強心劑” 。年輕的江蘇女足 ，也需要這樣一位善於培養年輕球員的資深教練 。
