新華社北京5月20日電 針對有關敘利亞足協抱怨中國足協阻礙一些敘利亞球員獲得來華參賽簽證的報道 ，中國足協20日表示 ，亚队中國足協一直在盡力協調各方解決來華參賽的华签四支隊伍的簽證問題 。
2022年世界杯亞洲區預選賽40強賽A組的证遇阻碍中国足协直积剩餘比賽將於5月30日至6月15日在蘇州舉行 。中國足協表示 ，极协因為各個國家和地區的叙利疫情防控形勢不同 ，簽證政策也存在差異 ，亚队中國足協一直在盡力協調中國駐當地使領館為關島 、华签馬爾代夫 、证遇阻碍中国足协直积菲律賓和敘利亞四支來華參賽的极协球隊提供盡可能的協助 ，包括加急出簽證。叙利
中國足協說 ，亚队中方一直和亞足聯以及四支隊伍保持密切聯係；在亞足聯召集各隊的华签會議上 ，敘利亞從來沒有提過簽證的证遇阻碍中国足协直积事情 。
