瓦倫丁·迪奧曼德 ，官方1991年2月14日出生於挪威 ，挪威場上司職前鋒 ，前锋具有良好的加盟終結能力和出色的身體素質 。2018-2019賽季效力於美國職業大聯盟洛杉磯FC隊 ，曾效职联出場52次，力英共有24粒進球9次助攻進賬 。沧州超美2015-2018賽季曾效力於當時英超球隊赫爾城 ，雄狮宣布完成了64次出場 ，官方共有8球2助攻。挪威

其實在上個賽季的前锋中期 ，迪奧曼德就有機會來到球隊踢球 ，加盟但由於簽證的曾效职联問題沒能成行 ，這賽季的加盟也算是繼續著和球隊的緣分 。 “我喜歡在我的人生中接受新的挑戰 ，來到亞洲踢球對我來說是一次很棒的機會 ，我內心也是非常開心能夠來到咱們俱樂部 。”
在來到中國之前 ，迪奧曼德便開始通過看電影的方式來了解中國的文化 ，因為在中國有著他最喜歡的電影明星李小龍 。當然對他而言這裏就像是一個全新的世界，這裏的一切都是新的挑戰 ， “中國是一個美麗的國家 ，我非常喜歡這裏還有這裏的文化 ，每天都在努力地去適應這裏的生活 ，我的隊友和工作人員也都非常熱情 ，他們也幫助了我很快地適應了這裏的節奏 。”
談及對球隊的印象時 ，迪奧曼德說道 ： “來之前我並沒有了解太多 ，都是在和主教練交流時，主教練告訴我的 ，現在隊內有很多很棒的國內球員，我感覺我們的實力也很不錯 ，總之還是非常開心能夠來到滄州雄獅 ，期待在這裏有美好的故事發生。”
對於新賽季的目標 ，迪奧說要盡自己百分之百的努力來幫助球隊，盡可能的去拿下一個好的成績。
