搜狐體育消息，徐新希望北京時間9月27日 ，巴尔杯目标争近日 ，加斯尽快徐新接受了《東方體育日報》的融入采訪 ，在采訪中 ，海港徐新談到了自己目前的足协身體恢複情況及賽季目標 。
對於此前缺席了球隊幾場的徐新希望比賽 ，徐新表示 ：“妻子懷孕的巴尔杯目标争那個階段因為有聯賽和國家隊的任務 ，基本都沒在家，加斯尽快內心確實感覺會有所虧欠 。融入這次在間歇和俱樂部、海港主教練申請回家陪產 ，足协陪產的徐新希望過程中 ，孩子比預產期晚了兩周才降生 ，巴尔杯目标争導致回歸時間耽擱了 。加斯尽快也是感謝俱樂部和球隊的支持，同時感謝球迷的理解 。”
對於球隊新加盟的球員巴爾加斯 ，徐新表示 ：“巴爾加斯來了之後我們就有溝通 ，不管是訓練或者生活上 ，如果他有需要幫助的地方 ，我肯定隨時為他提供幫助 ，希望讓他盡快融入球隊 。”
對於海港本賽季的目標 ，徐新說道 ：“我自己之前有一段時間沒有係統訓練 ，回到球隊後第一時間積極恢複 ，到目前來說整個恢複速度還可以 ，雖然還不是最佳狀態 ，但通過訓練和比賽會很快好起來 。我還是希望球隊成績往上爬一爬 ，盡量多的去贏球 ，而且後麵還有足協杯 ，希望我們在聯賽中能爭取更靠前的排名 ，足協杯盡可能去爭冠 ，我肯定也會全力以赴 。雖然賽季初的準備期不夠係統對我們造成了一定影響 ，但我們現在的人員和狀態都越來越好 。”
