到了下半場 ，萊斯特城憑借著瑟雲聚的頭槌破門將比分定格在了2-1 ，曼聯的那一群小將自然也是無力回天 。最終 ，輪換10人的曼聯拱手送給了對手3分 ，自己則是留力在2天後死磕利物浦。放掉萊斯特城之後 ，對手再一次排在了英超前三 ，爭四的主動權握在了自己手中。而下輪比賽 ，曼聯與利物浦之間將進行一場生死大戰 ，如果利物浦無法取勝 ，爭四則將變得異常困難 。放萊斯特城卻死磕利物浦 ？索爾斯克亞當真繼承了弗爵爺的衣缽 。
