申花陣中兩名先後赴海外參加世預賽40強賽4+7國腳金信煜和吳曦目前都已結束14天的隔離觀察期 ，正處於為期7天的金信将结自主監測階段 。考慮到兩人目前的煜吴身體狀態、球隊整體的曦即休整訓練節奏 ，申花教練組不再安排金信煜和吳曦奔赴大連 ，束隔上海他們將在完成各自的离留完整隔離期後留在上海等待球隊歸來 。
金信煜預計於7月5日解除隔離 ，归队從韓國返回中國後4+714天裏他一直在隔離酒店封閉，期間和申花體能教練保持溝通，金信将结但受條件限製隻能進行一些簡單的煜吴體能訓練 。
吳曦預計在7月8日結束隔離，曦即休整過去兩周內他和國足全隊一起入駐蘇州賽區酒店 ，束隔上海全程一邊隔離一邊保持正常訓練，离留對於狀態影響不大 。归队
另外4+7此前因傷缺席合練的球員悉數現身室外訓練場。曹贇定 、朱辰傑於早前回歸 ，阿德裏安結束獨自訓練的階段開始參加合練 。另兩名隨隊抵達大連的球員曾誠 、彭欣力也出現在室外訓練場跟隨康複師分別進行簡單的恢複性訓練。盡管兩人傷情恢複的進展迅速，但距離骨頭徹底愈合從而能夠承受劇烈運動的強度仍需要時間 ，曾誠和彭欣力很難趕上第一階段剩餘聯賽。
