在卡塔爾多哈打完和澳大利亞 、国足日本兩場比賽後 ，启程酋寻國足官方第一時間宣布——中國男足國家隊及工作組全體將於9月8日赴阿聯酋 ，奔赴繼續備戰第三輪對陣越南的阿联比賽 。
此前亞足聯官方宣布 ，找强战10月7日國足對陣越南的队热12強賽第三場比賽將在沙迦進行 。
中國隊曾在6月來到沙迦打了三場40強賽比賽——三戰全勝鎖定了12強賽資格 ，身海沙迦某種程度也算是外集中國隊的福地 。未來一個月時間 ，训备接下來中國隊的国足訓練都將在沙迦進行。
40強賽期間 ，启程酋寻對於當地的奔赴接待服務以及賽事組織 ，中國足協都頗為非常滿意。阿联不過此次前往沙迦 ，找强战國足將不會再入住6月下榻的队热喜來登酒店 ，而是選擇了沙迦諾富特會展中心酒店作為大本營 。此前 ，國足工作人員已經對酒店進行了考察 。
考慮到前一階段因為缺少熱身賽 ，嚴重影響到了球隊的整體備戰 ，此次前往沙迦集訓，國足希望能夠聯係一些當地球隊 ，安排幾場高質量的熱身賽。
目前阿聯酋聯賽正在進行之中，當地俱樂部是國足可以考慮的對象 。當然 ，一些其他12強賽參賽球隊 ，國足也可以選擇 。
主教練李鐵也在對陣日本隊賽後表示 ，“如果有可能，希望能約一些比我們強的球隊打熱身賽 ，因為過去20多個月，我們沒有打過一場與強隊的熱身賽 。”
“這兩場小組賽，讓我們看到了與12強賽球隊之間節奏上的差距，非常明顯 。如果有可能希望利用這一個月 ，希望幫助球隊在這方麵有所提高 。”
對陣越南的比賽 ，國足技戰術本身需要有一定的調整 ，但張琳芃對陣日本時開場3分鍾就受傷了。李鐵賽後透露 ，張琳芃的具體傷情還要在檢查後才知道 。
“他的受傷比較偶然 ，看他的反應還是比較嚴重 。要去醫院拍個核磁 ，看他的腰傷程度 。我們也做好了預案 ，朱辰傑的表現很不錯 。”
如果張琳芃無法出場 ，“00後”朱辰傑應該會繼續頂替 ，顏駿淩也在賽後讚揚了朱辰傑本場比賽的表現 。
“他的能力一直不錯 ，並且已經不是國家隊的新人了 。對於他來說 ，這樣的比賽並不陌生，小朱還很年輕 ，未來可以為國家隊踢很多年 。”
