在卡塔爾多哈打完和澳大利亞 、国足日本兩場比賽後 ，启程酋寻國足官方第一時間宣布——中國男足國家隊及工作組全體將於9月8日赴阿聯酋 ，奔赴繼續備戰第三輪對陣越南的阿联比賽 。
此前亞足聯官方宣布 ，找强战10月7日國足對陣越南的队热12強賽第三場比賽將在沙迦進行 。
中國隊曾在6月來到沙迦打了三場40強賽比賽——三戰全勝鎖定了12強賽資格 ，身海沙迦某種程度也算是外集中國隊的福地 。未來一個月時間 ，训备接下來中國隊的国足訓練都將在沙迦進行 。
40強賽期間，启程酋寻對於當地的奔赴接待服務以及賽事組織 ，中國足協都頗為非常滿意 。阿联不過此次前往沙迦 ，找强战國足將不會再入住6月下榻的队热喜來登酒店 ，而是選擇了沙迦諾富特會展中心酒店作為大本營 。此前 ，國足工作人員已經對酒店進行了考察。
考慮到前一階段因為缺少熱身賽 ，嚴重影響到了球隊的整體備戰 ，此次前往沙迦集訓 ，國足希望能夠聯係一些當地球隊 ，安排幾場高質量的熱身賽。
目前阿聯酋聯賽正在進行之中 ，當地俱樂部是國足可以考慮的對象 。當然 ，一些其他12強賽參賽球隊 ，國足也可以選擇。
主教練李鐵也在對陣日本隊賽後表示 ，“如果有可能 ，希望能約一些比我們強的球隊打熱身賽 ，因為過去20多個月 ，我們沒有打過一場與強隊的熱身賽 。”
“這兩場小組賽 ，讓我們看到了與12強賽球隊之間節奏上的差距 ，非常明顯 。如果有可能希望利用這一個月 ，希望幫助球隊在這方麵有所提高 。”
對陣越南的比賽 ，國足技戰術本身需要有一定的調整，但張琳芃對陣日本時開場3分鍾就受傷了 。李鐵賽後透露 ，張琳芃的具體傷情還要在檢查後才知道 。
“他的受傷比較偶然 ，看他的反應還是比較嚴重 。要去醫院拍個核磁 ，看他的腰傷程度 。我們也做好了預案，朱辰傑的表現很不錯 。”
如果張琳芃無法出場 ，“00後”朱辰傑應該會繼續頂替 ，顏駿淩也在賽後讚揚了朱辰傑本場比賽的表現 。
“他的能力一直不錯 ，並且已經不是國家隊的新人了 。對於他來說 ，這樣的比賽並不陌生 ，小朱還很年輕 ，未來可以為國家隊踢很多年 。”
