70歲的老帥範加爾已經是第三次執教荷蘭國家隊 ，他在去年8月成為荷蘭主帥 。之後 ，範加爾已經率領荷蘭踢了8場比賽 ，取得6勝2平的不敗戰績 。此前 ，荷蘭一直踢傳統的433陣型，不過考慮到2022年世界杯 ，範加爾也希望能找到備選陣型 。
