北京時間11月30日晚傳出消息 ，李铁练知稱李鐵已經向足協主席陳戌源口頭請辭 ，今日解雖然雙方簽訂有5年合同 ，仍带但如果李鐵主動提出辭職 ，队训足協將不用支付任何賠償 。情人请辞
對此消息 ，选择目前中國足協方麵沒有作出任何回應 。可理搜狐體育聯係了多名相關人士 ，李铁练知都表示對於李鐵主動請辭的今日解情況“不清楚” 、“不了解”或者“不方便作出回應” 。仍带
有人透露 ，队训即便李鐵主動請辭，情人请辞也是选择他跟陳戌源主席一對一進行交流 ，在相關情況尚未確定之前 ，可理足協內部也不會進行傳達 。李铁练知不過這位內部人士也坦言 ，現在這種局麵，確實存在李鐵主動請辭的可能性 ，而且這或許對於各方而言 ，都是一個可以理解的選擇。
最近幾天 ，李鐵承受了相當大的媒體壓力 ，此前《足球報》連續爆出猛料 ，稱李鐵在執教國足的同時 ，還暗中掌控武漢隊 ，而且每年從武漢隊領取高達3000萬人民幣的年薪 ，另外《足球報》還報道稱 ，李鐵通過經紀公司掌控球員 ，不與其個人經紀公司簽約的球員 ，李鐵就讓他們從國足消失 。這些爆料讓李鐵在32分鍾發布會和賽後發小廣告事件之後 ，再次陷入了更大的個人危機之中 。
由於目前中國隊還在封閉期間 ，因此關於李鐵的去留 ，陳戌源個人也很難拍板 ，12月2日 ，中國隊將結束防疫隔離前往上海 ，屆時陳戌源也會與體育總局相關領導見麵 ，進行進一步溝通 。屆時李鐵的去留會有一個更加明晰的說法 。
30日當天，國家隊還正常進行了訓練課 ，李鐵仍然出現在訓練場上 ，全程參加 ，並沒有受到個人去留的影響 。在總局最終批示出爐之前 ，李鐵還需要站好最後一班崗。（搜狐體育 裴力）
